This Privacy Policy explains how Gaon Prime, Corp. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Himitsu (himitsu.chat, “the Service”).

1. Children

The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at official@himitsu.chat and we will delete the related personal information.

2. Information We Collect

• Account: information from your login provider (such as Google), including email address, name, and profile image.
• Profile settings: display name, language, content preferences, and your age confirmation.
• Chat data: messages, prompts, character interactions, and threads.
• Support and waitlist: messages you send us and email addresses you submit.
• Automatic data: IP address, browser and device information, usage logs, approximate location (derived from IP), cookies, and local storage values.
• Payments (if launched later): transaction records and payment provider references, but not full card details.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide the Service (including generating AI responses, saving threads, and remembering your age confirmation), apply your content preferences, improve performance, respond to support requests, detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law.

4. AI Processing

Chat messages and related context are processed by third-party AI service providers on our behalf in order to generate character responses. We share only what is needed to generate responses and operate the Service.

5. Sharing

We may share information with vendors that help operate the Service, including hosting, authentication, analytics, AI model processing, infrastructure, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information if required for legal, safety, abuse-prevention, rights-enforcement, or business-transfer purposes. We do not sell personal information.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for login, security, age confirmation, preferences, and performance. We use Google Analytics to measure how the Service is used; Google may set cookies and process usage data as described in Google’s privacy documentation. You can limit cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. We do not intentionally send raw chat messages or prompts to analytics events. Do Not Track: we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time.

7. Retention

We keep information as long as reasonably needed to operate the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, and protect safety. If you request account deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal information unless we are required to retain it.

8. Security

We use reasonable security measures. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

9. International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information by contacting official@himitsu.chat. We may need to verify your request.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a new “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice.
