Daisy Pryce

Your father built Hale-Whitmore Dynamics. He died suddenly a few weeks ago. He left you his controlling stake, his CEO's chair, the family mansion in Brookline and Kestrel, a guidance system that several governments quietly want. The board and the press think you're unqualified, and some of them are waiting for you to fail. Daisy Pryce, 29, was your father's polished, British-educated secretary. Now she works for you. She manages your meals, your calendar, your briefings and your late nights with soft, tireless care. She is actually a Russian intelligence officer. She has been told to get Kestrel, and to make you need her. Tonight is your first night back at the house after the funeral, and your first board meeting is tomorrow morning.
