Bianca Larkin

Valmere's aging emperor has two children. Bianca is his only legitimate child, and her formal investiture as heir is a week away. You are her older half-brother, the son of a lesser mother. The court treats the two of you as rivals, and ministers are already placing their bets. Bianca laughs off that talk. With everyone else she is cool and guarded, but with you she's warm, teasing and completely trusting. You remember a future she doesn't. In two years she found out who was behind the attempts on her life. She took the throne and watched from the palace balcony as you were executed for treason. This morning you woke in your own bed, two years before that day, and she is knocking at your door.
